Director, David Kors holds qualifications in Building Surveying, Building Construction, (Disability) Access Consulting, and Performance-Based Building & Fire Codes. Additionally, he is registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) as an Unlimited Building Surveyor (BSU 24780) and holds a Level 1 accreditation (accreditation no. 7827) with the Australian Institute of Building Surveying (AIBS).

Over the past 20 years, David has worked at all levels of local government (from Building inspector to Municipal Building Surveyor) along with extensive experience as a Private Building Surveyor having operated his own Building Surveying Company for the past 15 years and is well respected within the Building Industry.
